在经历了6年的职场生涯后,我才真正体会到“团队”这两个字的重要性。好的团队,在业务人员前线鏖战时能及时提供全方位的支持。但没有团队意识的公司,业务员在外不仅要应对客户,更遭受来自公司内部拖沓官僚作风的毒害,甚至有可能因此影响业务。我坚持团队至上,也向往合力前行的企业文化。理想虽远,我也不改初衷。
Self Assessment
After 6 years of work, I deeply understand the importance of the word "Team”. A good team can offer all-rounded support in time for the sales who are striving for the orders. If the sales work for a company which is lack of the sense of teamwork, they will not only have to deal with the customers outside but will also suffer from the procrastination and prevarication, so far as to influence the sales business. I insist that the team go first, and pursuit the enterprise culture that keep moving forwards with join forces. Although it is not easy to realize my dream, I will never give up.

Mahr is engaged in the development and sales of the length measuring instrument, Sales department of Suzhou Mahr is responsible for the domestic sales of the length measuring instrument. My responsibilities mainly include two parts:
一,市场工作
1,完成市场行情评估及市场容量分析,在对100家左右重点企业加权评估后分析该市场明后年销量走势及本年度目标是否可行。
2,针对本区域市场行情制定相应市场活动安排(展会,小型技术交流会,重点客户专项PPT制作,年终小礼品采购,转介绍客户政策落实等等),确保对该区域本年度完成区域销售目标起到合理的市场支撑。
Marketing Work
1. Complete the evaluation for the market situation and analyze the capacity of the market, make a weighted evaluation about 100 important enterprises and then analyze the sales tendency of the market in the two years and then determine if the annual target can be achieved.
2. Make the corresponding market activities arrangement according to the local market situation(such as exhibition, small scale technical seminar, specialized PPT for the key customers, purchasing of the year-end gifts for customers, to implement the polices for the introduction of new customers and so on), to offer the reasonable market support for the complement of the regional annual sales target.
二,销售工作
1,管理经销商,对现有渠道进行维护。评估现有经销商的市场开发热情,业务能力和未来潜力。根据评估内容决定是否增设新经销商或是全力支持老经销商开展业务。
2,大客户管理,对于直销大客户,定期拜访,了解项目信息,并做出公关动作。对主要竞争对手进行swot分析,评估大客户忠诚度,并做出针对性的销售计划。
3,质量投诉的第一时间相应和交货验收时的跟进。
Sales Work
1. Manage the dealers, maintain the current sales channels. Evaluate the enthusiasm of the current dealer’s for the market development, the business capacity and also the potentials. To determine if it is necessary to find new dealers or just offer the great support to the current dealers to develop the business.
2. Manage the big customers, visit regularly the big direct selling customers, get to know the information of the program and take the public relation actions. To make a swot analysis to the main competitors, evaluate the loyalty of the big customers and make the sales plan accordingly.
3. Prompt feedback to the quality complaint and follow up the delivery and inspection.
