主要职责Responsibility:
Activities活动
Assist supervisor to achieve objectives of recruitment, training & development, employee relations and assigned projects/tasks;
协助主管实现与招聘、培训和发展、及员工关系相关的目标及完成分配的项目或任务
1.Assist to prepare yearly recuriting and training budget, in charge of relevant implementation and cost control
协助准备年度招聘计划和员工培训及发展计划的预算, 并负责执行及成本控制;
2. Be responsible for staffing right person timely and effeciently and manage for employees’ on-board preparations, orientation and probation follow-up;
及时高效地配置合适人选及员工入职管理、导入及跟踪试用状况;
3. Be responsible for optimize training system and process, manage for employees’ training & development;
优化公司员工培训体系及流程,管理员工培训及发展;
4.Update job description in time;
公司岗位说明书的及时更新;
5.Manage for employee relationship management and employee motivation planning and execution, assit to creat and promote company culture;
协调、处理员工关系;员工激励活动的计划和执行,协助创造并推动公司企业文化的发展
6.Be responsible for HR&Admin documents control and maintain system;
人力资源行政的文件控制及体系维护;
7. Assist with employee performance management and sustained improvement;
协助员工业绩管理;持续改善员工绩效
8.Raise proposal related to work on improvement cost control;
提出与工作相关的改进建议及成本控制建议;
9.Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor
根据上级要求完成其它相关工作;
Competencies required for the position岗位要求
Knowledge/Training/Experiences知识/培训/经验:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English, Administration, Human Resource or other relaed major
本科或以上学历,主修英语、行政管理、人力资源或其他相关专业
2.Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in HR general function
至少两年人力资源相关工作经验
3.Familiar with recruitment, training and other fuctions of HR
熟悉招聘、培训和其它人力资源管理功能
4.Be familiar with HR management related laws;
熟悉人力资源管理相关法规;
5.Know well about related information in QEHS of this position, such as identification of EHS environment factors and hazard, solid waste classification and chemical management and so on.
了解本岗位有关的环保、职业健康及安全的内容(如环境因素及危险源识别,固体废弃物分类,化学品管理等等)
