Job responsibilities:
1.Overseas activities related to the purchase of material, material control, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions.
2.Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems to ensure complying SOX..
3.Ensures materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels.
4. Manage export and import trade process, timely and effectively.
5.Develops material schedules and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.
6.Reviews and plans requirements for purchasing materials.
7.Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

1.Bachelor’s  degree  in  Mechanical,  Chemical or  Business  Administration；
2.Above 6  years  of  related  experience；
3.Above 3  years  management experience  in  a  global  manufacturing company, can be good team leader；
4.Good  communication  skill, good negotiation skill, related economic and legal knowledge
5.Good English and computer skills.
